We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all therapists and clients, the following policies are honored:
Your appointment time is set aside for only you. If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, please provide us with as much notice as possible, so that we can give your appointment time to another client. We ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancelled appointments.
A 50% fee will be charged for any appointments that are missed, or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice. An exception will be made in cases of true emergency.
A client that misses 3 or more appointments without notice may be dismissed from our clinic.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
